**The Role of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative**
As a key member of our Customer Service and Sales Department, the Entry Level Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our consumer base. This front-facing position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back, while also driving sales growth and revenue.
**Core Daily Functions of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative**
* Work directly with our customer base to enroll them in our sales process and provide personalized support throughout the sales journey
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services, including pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery processes
* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, using active listening skills to resolve issues and build trust
* Collaborate with management and client executives to ensure seamless communication and coordination
* Adhere to all compliance, guidelines, and procedures established by our Quality Control team to maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including sales processes, delivery information, and customer feedback
**Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications & Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
* Proven track record of success in a customer-facing environment, with a strong ability to work with diverse teams and individuals
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, using initiative and problem-solving skills to drive results
