**Key Responsibilities**
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to our clients
* Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control checks
* Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintaining good customer relations and interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Good verbal communication skills and excellent customer relation and communication skills
* An upbeat and positive attitude with great energy
* The ability to interact effectively with people and groups
* Strong customer service and/or customer sales experience (preferably in a call center environment)
* The ability to maintain good customer relations and interact effectively with all levels of management and employees
* A team player mentality and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues
* Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
