**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Entry Level Customer Support Specialist (Call Center) to join our Supply Chain Call & Contact Center team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing superior customer service to end users, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues related to commercial aircraft spare parts orders. **Responsibilities**
As an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist (Call Center), you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
* **Retrieve, research, and resolve specific customer emails and Service Requests**: You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues related to commercial aircraft spare parts orders.
* **Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer order delivery requirements**: You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, tracking delivery requirements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
* **Analyze customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitate responses, and resolve delivery problems**: You'll analyze customer data to identify trends and issues, and work with internal stakeholders to resolve delivery problems and improve customer satisfaction.
* **Advise customers regarding order status, changes, or improvements of orders and follow up with customers on issues related to their accounts**: You'll provide regular updates to customers on order status, changes, or improvements, and follow up on issues related to their accounts.
* **Manage multiple orders and research lists for specific customers**: You'll be responsible for managing multiple orders and research lists for specific customers, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.
* **Research and analyze data to identify trends/issues regarding specific customers**: You'll analyze customer data to identify trends and issues, and work with internal stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction.
* **Support Customer Program Managers (CPM) by maintaining reports, customer data, and managing customer expectations**: You'll work closely with CPMs to maintain reports, customer data, and manage customer expectations, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* **1+ years of experience in customer service or a support organization**: You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
* **1+ years of experience interfacing with external customers and responding to support requests**: You'll have experience working with external customers, responding to support requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* **1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word**: You'll have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* **Experience and/or knowledge of Basic Supply Chain principles**: You'll have a basic understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation.
* **Ability and willingness to work a 3/36 shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12 hours each day)**: You'll be able to work a rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends.
* **Ability to work evening shifts and/or midnight shifts as assigned**: You'll be flexible and able to work evening shifts and/or midnight shifts as assigned.
**Nice-to-haves**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
* **1+ years of experience in aviation or aerospace, preferably in a customer service/support environment**: You'll have experience working in the aviation or aerospace industry, preferably in a customer service or support role.
* **1+ years of experience with SAP in support of Supply Chain functions**: You'll have experience working with SAP in support of supply chain functions, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation.
* **1+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, systems, and processes**: You'll have experience working with CRM tools, systems, and processes, including salesforce.com.
* **1+ years of experience working with supply chain strategies (e.g., inventory reduction, parts kitting, supplier consolidation, optimum flow, lead-time reduction)**: You'll have experience working with supply chain strategies, including inventory reduction, parts kitting, supplier consolidation, optimum flow, and lead-time reduction.
* **Adaptability to changing environments and customer needs**: You'll be able to adapt to changing environments and customer needs, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.
* **Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team**: You'll be able to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team, including sales, marketing, and operations.
