* **Reporting and Backup Operations**: Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
* **Document Scanning and Printing**: Scan documents and print files, when needed, to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* **Strong Computer Skills**: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
* **Basic Knowledge of Database Management Tools**: Familiarity with database management tools and software.
* **Ability to Enter Data Quickly and Accurately**: Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately, with a high level of attention to detail.
