**Job Summary**
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating our research studies, product testing, and online focus groups. You'll work closely with our research participants, ensuring that they have a seamless and engaging experience. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, communication, and coordination with our research participants, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Facilitate research studies, product testing, and online focus groups, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our research participants
* Conduct data entry, maintaining accurate records and reports
* Communicate effectively with research participants, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
* Coordinate with our research team to ensure that studies are conducted efficiently and effectively
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and expertise
**Requirements**
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) is an asset
* Current USA resident
* Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills are a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
* Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
* Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Background in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, or sales support is an asset
* Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Experience with online research studies, product testing, or online focus groups is a plus
