**Job Description**
We're currently seeking an experienced Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. This is a remote work opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our system
- Ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate
- Work independently, with minimal supervision
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support helpful, but not mandatory

- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with customer service and support
