We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team of talented professionals who share our passion for delivering outstanding results. **Job Summary** The Senior Equipment Services Logistics Coordinator/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for coordinating daily activities for our technicians, interfacing with customers and sales teams, identifying gaps in schedules, and providing input on technician capacity. This role requires strong organizational skills, advanced communication skills, and proficiency in system application and navigation using multiple screens. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task against various deadlines, research and resolve complex ticket scheduling issues, and participate in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Schedule and coordinate daily activities for 15+ technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to service level agreements. * Interface directly with Field Service Supervisors, customers, and sales teams to resolve scheduling exceptions, answer customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. * Identify gaps in schedules and provide input on technician capacity, including overtime when necessary due to backlog volume spikes. * Find solutions to scheduling exceptions and collaborate with various teams, including Field Service Supervisors, Team Managers, and other coordinators. * Work in SAP to support service activities, manage parts ordering, and track parts, ensuring timely completion of service calls. * Handle project-related work such as inventory support, planning for large order requests from sales, and processing returns. * Research and resolve ticket scheduling issues using complex systems, making complex logic-based decisions about customer scheduling priorities when demand exceeds capacity. * Monitor and respond to incoming requests and emails related to special projects, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders. * Participate in strategic initiatives to drive organizational efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance performance. **Requirements** * High school diploma or GED required. * 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics/transportation, with a strong understanding of scheduling and coordination principles. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task against various deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. * Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and stakeholders. * Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications, with experience in SAP or similar applications a plus. * Familiarity with the beverage industry and experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience working in a similar role at arenaflex or a similar organization. * Familiarity with SAP or similar applications, with experience in system application and navigation using multiple screens. * Experience working in a team environment, with a strong understanding of collaboration and communication principles. **Benefits** * Comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. * 401(k) plan with company matching, ensuring a secure financial future. * Paid time off, including vacation days, sick leave, and holidays. * Life insurance, providing peace of mind for you and your loved ones. * Opportunities for professional growth and development, with training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. **What We Offer** * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of talented professionals who share our passion for delivering outstanding results. * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a clear path for advancement and professional growth. * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. * A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team of talented professionals. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
