**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Field Customer Success Representative to join our Higher Education Sales Organization in Northern California. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for owning customer relationships, driving product adoption, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of the education industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their unique goals, issues, and service needs to drive product adoption and retention.
* Partner closely with Sales Representatives and the Customer Success team to build and manage customer pipelines, track progress, and grow digital usage.
* Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed customer retention, renewal, and overall satisfaction targets.
* Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using Salesforce and Gainsight, analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
* Build strong relationships with faculty and administrators, becoming their trusted advisor for higher education course solutions and identifying new opportunities to cultivate partnerships.
* Ensure effective implementation and proper use of arenaflex technologies, delivering sales presentations to various audiences and partnering with commercial teams to drive continued value.
* Review the customer journey, product usage, and identify next steps, taking a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
* Prioritize tasks and requests daily, weekly, and monthly to meet customer expectations and drive sales pipeline goals.
**Requirements**
* 5+ years of sales or customer success experience, including managing sales pipelines and delivering results on KPIs and quotas.
* Instructional Design experience in Higher Education, Instructional experience within Higher Education (professor, lecturer, or TA), or work experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success capacity.
* A Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree in education or educational technology preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
* Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
* Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and support digital offerings.
* Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
* Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually, with base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
