**Your Daily Tasks:**
As a Fraud CSR, your daily tasks will include:
* Solving complex fraud cases using advanced investigation tools and techniques
* Analyzing digital footprints to separate legitimate transactions from fraudulent ones
* Collaborating with our elite fraud prevention team to share knowledge and best practices
* Staying up-to-date with emerging fraud trends and adapting our strategies accordingly

**You're Our Ideal Candidate If:**
* You have a detective's eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving
* You have at least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment, such as gaming or tech support
* You have 1+ year of technical support experience that demonstrates your ability to speak "tech"
* You have gaming knowledge that shows you understand the player's world (Active League of Legends or VALORANT players, we're looking at you!)
* You have network troubleshooting abilities and can manage your own network and devices
* You have quick learning capabilities for new software and tools
* You have a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
* You have problem-solving skills that would impress Sherlock Holmes
* You have the ability to explain complex technical concepts like you're teaching a friend
* You have English communication skills that would make Shakespeare proud
* You have a track record of thriving in fast-paced environments
