**Key Responsibilities**
As a Freelance Chat/Email Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and courteous assistance to our users via emails and chats. Your main tasks will include:
* Responding to user emails and chats in a timely and professional manner
* Addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful guidance
* Assisting users with account-related concerns and general inquiries
* Maintaining accurate records of user interactions and feedback for reporting purposes
* Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues

**Essential Qualifications**
