**Job Summary**
As a French Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both French and English, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
* Utilize active listening and critical thinking skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Investigate billing and fraudulent activity concerns, processing account requests, and providing guidance on product features and technical issues
* Screen share to resolve technical issues, coordinate appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance, and research articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries
* Properly document notes and summarize conversation details, openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
* Articulate thoughts clearly and concisely in both French and English
* Solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly
* Hardwired home internet with a download speed of at least 40 mbps
* Working knowledge of technology and strong digital literacy
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Bilingualism in French and English, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and differences
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
