**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Experienced Full Stack Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and contribute to the success of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including record-keeping, data entry, and correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
* Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for the Managing Director and other team members
* Screen calls and visitors, and respond to inquiries and requests
* Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other documents
* Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
* Assist with the development and implementation of business strategies and policies
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Requirements**
* Secondary School Recognition, GED or Secondary School Equivalent
* 3 years of experience in an administrative role
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Familiarity with corporate business cycles and methods, including cost reporting, purchasing, and departmental budgeting
