**Job Summary**
We're looking for an experienced AI & Chat GPT Corporate Trainer to join our team and help us harness the power of AI to drive business growth, enhance member experience, and streamline operations. As an AI & Chat GPT Corporate Trainer, you'll play a critical role in delivering tailored training sessions, identifying high-impact use cases, and building simple, reusable SOPs, prompt templates, and AI use guides for different departments. You'll also coach our executive team on using AI to support decision-making, reporting, and innovation, and ensure best practices around data privacy, prompt design, and ethical AI usage.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver tailored training sessions to managers and front-line staff on ChatGPT and AI-driven tools
* Identify high-impact use cases where AI can save time, enhance member experience, or drive revenue
* Build simple, reusable SOPs, prompt templates, and AI use guides for different departments
* Coach our executive team on using AI to support decision-making, reporting, and innovation
* Support the adoption of tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, and other automation platforms
* Ensure best practices around data privacy, prompt design, and ethical AI usage
**Essential Qualifications**
* Demonstrated experience training or consulting businesses on AI and ChatGPT (corporate or agency experience preferred)
* Ability to translate complex AI tools into everyday business use cases
* Strong communication and presentation skills with a teaching mindset
* Experience with service-based industries or customer-facing teams is a strong plus
* Bonus: Familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or recreation sector
