We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our Workforce Activities & Operations Management team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading task groups of experts and partners, performing data gathering and analysis, and developing solutions to drive business growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and improvement
* Perform data gathering and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business operations and efficiency
* Create and present reports to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business decisions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
* Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive growth
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business analysis, operations management, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
* Strong background in data analysis and interpretation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Experience with process improvement and change management
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or a related field
* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
* Strong knowledge of ASDS and store operations
* Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
* Certification in business analysis or operations management
