**Job Summary**
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and implement changes that drive business results. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication will be essential in driving business outcomes and informing strategic decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that drive business results
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support business decision making
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
* Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
* 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with SQL, Python, and other programming languages (desired)
