**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our team in Orlando, USA. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving complex issues, and navigating our proprietary data entry systems. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving complex issues, and providing exceptional customer service
* Utilize arenaflex's proprietary data entry systems to process patient and medication information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
* Investigate and resolve missing solution data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related exceptions
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, and identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
* Obtain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain an active pharmacist license or certification
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Essential level computer skills, including:

* Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a web browser

* Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 words per minute

**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 words per minute
+ Typing by memory
+ Organizing files
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
