**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's proprietary systems and software.
* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes to enter patient and medication data into a suitable system.
* Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling.
* Investigate and resolve missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes).
* Settle all data entry-related exceptions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Handle correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
* Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities.
* Settle on phone decisions to safety net providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs.
* Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas, and identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as suitable.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer.
+ Using a mouse to point and click.
+ Starting and closing programs.
+ Switching between programs.
+ Saving files.
+ Printing documents.
+ Accessing data online.
* Essential web search skills, including:
+ Opening a program.
+ Composing URLs in the right area.
+ Using a web search engine.
+ Bookmarking a webpage.
+ Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons.
+ Completing forms online.
* Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 25 WPM.
+ Typing by memory.
+ Organizing records.
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including:
+ Typing at least 35 WPM.
+ Typing by memory.
+ Organizing records.
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
