**What You'll Do:**
As a Full Stack Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for:
* Administering inbound calls while engaging and communicating with entrepreneurs and leaders, understanding their needs, and suggesting the right arenaflex SBS products
* Providing elevated levels of product and service information to clearly communicate relevant product features, benefits, and other components of arenaflex Business Services
* Continuously developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
* Delivering exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a high-speed, organized customer care environment
* Recording important record data according to established procedures and methods
* Maintaining honesty and integrity, complying with all administrative and compliance rules related to sales and service practices
**Requirements:**
* Client support experience (two years+) with a strong focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and excellent written and verbal communication
* Demonstrated success in a customer care and sales environment (two years+)
* Ability to work in a high-speed, metrics-driven environment with strong multitasking and navigation skills in an electronic environment
* Experience working in a virtual environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available
