You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, concerns, and issues. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities** * Assess customers' needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their home and business needs * Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns to ensure customer satisfaction * Remain current on arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers * Own the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
