**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service and dispatch team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls, ensuring seamless communication with customers and technicians
* Handle various customer inquiries and requests, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and accurately
* Dispatch the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Utilize Service Titan software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, streamlining our operations and enhancing customer satisfaction
* Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other critical information
* Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details
* Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining the highest level of precision and attention to detail
* Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability
* High interaction with service technicians and various customers from residential to commercial, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Other duties as assigned, showcasing your ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
**Essential Qualifications**
* Familiarity with the surrounding Chicagoland area, with a strong understanding of local geography and demographics
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment
* Previous dispatch experience a plus, with a strong understanding of dispatch software and operations
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and technicians
* Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work
* Ability to manage priorities and workflow, with a strong sense of organization and time management
* Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, requiring strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with a strong ability to adapt to new situations and challenges
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of software applications and tools
* Ability to work from home efficiently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
* Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule and a commitment to meeting deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience a plus, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and terminology
