**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service and retention.
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to increase revenue.
* Assisting customers with remedies to retain business and resolve issues.
* Using gamification tools to measure performance and increase engagement.
* Working in a fast-paced environment with heavy call volume during peak season.
* Collaborating with our field offices and customers to provide exceptional service.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High School/GED or equivalent.
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, either within or outside a call center.
* Completion of a Culture Index assessment.
* Verification of internet speed (minimum 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload).
* Ability to pass a computer assessment and background check.
* Ability to work in a high-volume role with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success as a remote Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you'll need:
* An appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise.
* A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting.
* A minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem.
