**Job Summary:**
We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic customer service professional to join our team as a Full Stack Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our remote support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their families, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support to clients and their families via phone, email, and chat, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software, email, and chat platforms.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with proficiency in Spanish or Creole.
* Experience working with health plans, employers, or related industries.
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
