You'll be the voice of arenaflex, resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering personalized solutions that exceed expectations. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us build trust, loyalty, and advocacy among our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner * Utilize advanced communication skills to build rapport, empathize with customers, and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns as needed * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on consumer banking * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) **Work from Home Technology Requirements:** * Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions * Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot * A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) * Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions * ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred **Work from Home Location Requirements:** * This role is 100% work from home, with no on-site requirements * We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex work-at-home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories * Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California **Compensation and Benefits:** * $21 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, flexible schedule options, paid time off, wellbeing offerings, tuition reimbursement, paid training and development, flexible spending account, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) and stock purchase plan * Opportunities for career growth and advancement, with a focus on professional development and skill-building **Why arenaflex?** * We're a leader in financial technology, with a focus on innovation and customer-centric banking * Our culture values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, with a commitment to making a positive impact in the communities we serve * We offer a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for career growth and advancement * Our work-from-home environment provides flexibility and work-life balance, with a focus on employee well-being **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated, customer-centric individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
