Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, and our supportive work environment will give you the freedom to grow and develop your career. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and chat * Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable private internet connection (not supplied via cellular data or hotspot) * A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network * Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) * ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience * Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management * Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
