**What You'll Do**
As a Full Stack Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
* Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer concerns
* Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and tips on improving your performance
* Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
* Participating in regular training sessions and team-building activities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Who You Are**
We're looking for individuals with:
* Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work environment
* A background in retail, sales, or wait staff (these roles have been successful in this position)
* Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
* A GED or High School Diploma
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
