**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, their financial representatives, and supporting staff members. Your primary goal will be to align with quality and productivity metrics specific to your team's product and service benchmarks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, their arenaflex Financial Representatives, and supporting staff members.

- Utilize excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze problems and exercise judgment to provide effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in insurance, investments, and financial markets.
- Develop a strong understanding of technology and its impact on the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency.
**Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of operations and/or service experience in the financial services industry.
- FINRA licensure preferred (SIE, Series 6 & 63).
