**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling service and delivery issues, and maintaining Gold Standard business relationships. You'll work closely with our sales team and field partners to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
* Use computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
* Document customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to resolve customer complaints
* Actively redirect incoming callers to self-service options, promoting customer autonomy and reducing call volumes
* Perform proactive outbound follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
* Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales support, including general inquiries, feedback, and incident management
* Monitor open orders to ensure accurate confirmations and forward warehouse open orders to ensure accurate confirmations
* Handle email requested interactions, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
* Perform catalog management maintenance for customer order guides, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma and 2 years of experience in a customer service function or an associate degree
* Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to independently compose routine written communications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to pay close attention to details and use time effectively
* Ability to switch between English and Spanish language to support customer needs (bi-lingual representatives will be compensated at a higher rate)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in the foodservice or foodservice distribution industry
* Call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
