**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Health Insurance Billing Resolution Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to resolve patient medical billing inquiries
* Collecting payments and assisting patients with inquiries regarding their medically billed charges
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and online chat
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including time tracking and productivity quotas
* Participating in online team meetings and company Q&A forums
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing issues
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, medical billing, or a related field
* **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy are vital to being successful in this position

* **Electronic Medical System Experience**: Previous experience working with an electronic medical system is required
