You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, leveraging your exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate complex situations. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support - Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop expertise in health insurance and customer service - Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Essential Qualifications** - 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus **What We Offer** - Competitive hourly rate: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour - Paid training and development opportunities - Full-time, seasonal role with performance and attendance-based incentives - The convenience of working from home, with a dedicated and secure workspace - Collaborative and supportive team environment - 401K match and Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) - Paid time off (PTO) - Opportunities for career growth and advancement **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
