Here are the key skills and qualifications we're looking for: * **Must reside in Phoenix, AZ** * **Must be at least 18 years old** * **High school diploma or GED equivalent required** * **Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience** * **Must have open availability during operating hours** * **Professional customer service aptitude is essential** * **Basic conflict resolution skills** **Key Skills** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following key skills: * **Customer Service Aptitude**: Strong skills in delivering exceptional service * **Reliability**: Consistent dependability and responsibility * **Critical Thinking**: Ability to assess situations and develop empathetic solutions * **Service-Oriented**: A personal drive to serve others with compassion * **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities are crucial for success in this role * **System Navigation**: Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers & information * **Self-paced Learner**: Ability to independently study and successfully pass the state insurance exam following comprehensive paid training provided by arenaflex, which includes coverage of the exam fee **Home Setup Requirements** To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * **Must be at least 18 Years of age** * **Must have HS Diploma or GED equivalent** * **Preferred 6 months - 1 year of relevant work experience** * **Must have open availability during hours of operation** * **Professional customer service aptitude** * **Basic conflict resolution skills** **At Home Requirements** To ensure that you're able to work effectively from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * **Provided Equipment**: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam * **Internet Requirements**: A hardwired high-speed internet connection * **Work Environment**: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Can not be a primary care provider during hours of operation. * **Device Requirements**: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets).
