As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates. We're committed to fostering a positive, employee-friendly environment that encourages growth, learning, and innovation. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles. You will accurately document enrollment requests and status changes, enter application and enrollment information into a web-based computer system, and maintain technical and program policy proficiency in the Iowa Family Care rules/guidelines and other related program policies.
