**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center**

Your passion for helping others, combined with your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities:** As a remote call center customer service representative, you'll be responsible for: * Connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potential compensation through our automated dialer system * Handling a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation * Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless communication * Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts as required * Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position * Adhering to all company policies and procedures * Assisting with other projects as needed * Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure minimal downtime **This is for you if:** * You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills * You have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles * You're competitive and motivated by performance-based incentives * You're willing to work 40+ hours per week in a fast-paced environment * You're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on people's lives **Requirements:** * Must reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) * Reliable noise-cancellation headset wired via USB (average price: $20-$30) * Strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles * 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **This is not for you if:** * You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues * You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week * You're unable to handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-ups until you're connected with a viable caller * You're unable to use problem-solving skills * You're unable to work the full training period (90 days) * You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or outside business hours **Benefits:** * Comprehensive health insurance, vision, and dental coverage * Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) * Eligible for overtime outside of the training period **Hours of Operation:** A full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: * Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern * Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern **Why join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of empathy, understanding, and exceptional customer service.
