As a remote call center representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** As a full stack customer service representative, you will be responsible for: * Connecting with potential clients through an automated dialer and engaging in high-volume conversations (40-50 calls per day) * Identifying and qualifying clients who may be eligible for compensation * Utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts to ensure accurate and efficient communication * Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates * Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge and skills * Adhering to all company policies and procedures * Assisting with other projects as needed * Troubleshooting basic IT problems and resolving technical issues independently **Ideal Candidate Profile** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who possesses: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * A competitive spirit, with a focus on teamwork and performance-based incentives * A strong work ethic, with the ability to work 40+ hours per week * A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable desktop or laptop PC, high-speed internet, and a noise-cancellation headset **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you must: * Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey * Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles * Possess 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience * Meet the technical requirements, including a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC, high-speed internet, and a noise-cancellation headset **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy: * A competitive total compensation package, including commissions and bonuses, with a potential total compensation of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) * Comprehensive health insurance, vision, and dental coverage * Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) * Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment that values teamwork and innovation **Hours of Operation** Our remote call center operates on a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours: * Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern * Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern **Apply Now** If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
