As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to individuals seeking health insurance solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and interpret defined procedures and policies

**Essential Qualifications**
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period
- Committed to full attendance for the paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet required; cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills, a plus
