**Job Overview**
As a customer service representative on our remote online chat team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to careerzynith customers through online chat. **Requirements**
* Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be based in or near Jacksonville, FL (careerzynith has a dedicated office in the area, and we encourage our remote team members to visit and collaborate with colleagues in person)
* No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided to ensure you're equipped to succeed in this role
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers through online chat
* Ability to handle multiple online chat conversations simultaneously, using your multitasking skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions
* Comfortable using chat platforms and computer systems, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
