Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we are looking for like-minded individuals who share our vision. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Processing billing calls, investigating meter reads, and resolving billing accuracy or payment issues * Handling emergency calls, providing timely support to customers in need * Processing customer move-ins, adds, and transfers, ensuring seamless transitions for our customers * Routing escalated customer issues for resolution, working closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues * Making referrals and processing requests regarding special programs, such as Energy Assistance, CRISIS, Dollar Energy, or other programs * Processing order inquiry calls, initiating service orders, and providing service order status updates * Assisting customers with credit/payment arrangements, directing them to self-service channels as necessary * Meeting individual deadlines, metrics, and team goals, working collaboratively with the team to achieve common objectives * Multi-tasking while effectively focusing on priority issues, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * One (1) year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems * The ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM (Word Per Minute) * Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams * For bilingual candidates, fluency in English and Spanish is required, with solid written skills in both languages **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * 2-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * 2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience, with a strong understanding of remote work environments * Utility experience, with a strong understanding of the energy industry and its complexities * Advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems * The ability to type 60-65 WPM (Words Per Minute) **Living Requirements** To be eligible for this role, you must reside within 80 miles of one of the arenaflex facilities located in Ohio or Pennsylvania. The facilities are located at: * arenaflex of Ohio, 290 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215 * arenaflex of Pennsylvania, 12 Sandstone Way, Dunbar, PA 15431 **Work From Home Office Requirements** As a remote employee, you will be required to maintain a high-speed wired internet connection (75mpbs download and 15mpbs upload) that is hardwired, with no Wi-Fi or satellite internet. You will also be required to have a smart phone to download a VPN app on your personal device. Additionally, you must have a secure, private location to work from, with proper ergonomic office equipment and setup. **Compensation and Benefits** As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you can expect a competitive salary range of $34,400.00 - $48,200.00, based on your skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience.
