**What You'll Do**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing exceptional service and support through a range of channels. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Efficiently Managing High-Volume Calls**: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
* **Accessing Cardholder Accounts**: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
* **Assisting with Inquiries**: Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, using your knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
* **Processing Transactions**: Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision.
* **Communicating with Customers**: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
* **Maintaining Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
* **Supporting Team Operations**: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.
**What We're Looking For**

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Age and Education**: Be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* **Customer Service Experience**: Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience.
* **Background Check**: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
* **Internet and Equipment**: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs, as well as a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
* **Working Knowledge**: Have a working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
* **Internet Speed Test**: Complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* **Previous Call Center Experience**: 1+ years of previous call center experience.
