**Job Summary**
As a Full Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for arranging sports events packages, concerts, theatre, theme parks, tours, excursions, and other travel experiences for our clients. You'll work closely with customers to determine their needs and preferences, plan and arrange event packages, and book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons. * Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
* Plan and arrange event packages
* Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

* USA and Mexico residents preferred
