**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our retail sales team, you'll be responsible for generating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and developing your skills through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. **Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network
* Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
* Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution
* Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
* Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
* Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure you're always providing the best possible service to our customers
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* One or more years of work experience
* A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
* Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
* Experience working in a commission-based environment (an asset)
* Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (an asset)
* Customer service experience (an asset)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, having one or more of the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
* Experience working in a retail sales environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Familiarity with sales software and technology
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
