**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Seasonal (Remote), you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
* Resolving technical issues and answering customer questions in a timely and professional manner
* Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in our databases
* Offering additional products and services to customers
* Delivering expert customer experiences that exceed customer expectations
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
* Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC software
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
* Computer Requirements:
+ Bring your own device (BYOD) – we don't provide equipment
+ Device must be a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks, iPads, tablets, or mobile phones)
+ Operating System: Windows 10+, MacOS 10.15, or MacOS 12
+ RAM: 8GB or higher
+ Processor: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
* Internet Requirements:
+ DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection (no Satellite or Wireless/Hotspots)
+ Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
+ Must hardwire with an Ethernet cable while working
