**Job Overview**
As a full stack customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and average handling time (AHT).

**Requirements**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven track record in customer service, delivering outstanding customer care, and resolving complex issues.

- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity.
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed.
- Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication.
**Work Environment Requirements**

**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll maintain a contractual relationship with our company. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
