**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing personalized solutions to their queries and concerns
* Utilize industry-leading tools and technology to resolve complex issues, including account management, billing, and technical support
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, escalating complex cases as needed
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed solutions to clients
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Key Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a virtual environment
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a virtual environment, including remote work arrangements
* Familiarity with careerzynith products and services
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
