**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
* Resolving complex customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns, processing account requests, and providing guidance on product features and technical issues
* Utilizing screen sharing to resolve technical issues and coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance
* Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries and documenting notes and conversation details accurately
* Openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills and improve performance

**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly
* Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely, with a strong focus on active listening and critical thinking
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
**What to Expect:**
* 5 weeks of paid training, including self-led activities, instructor-led curriculum, and on-the-job training
* A minimum of 38 hours per week, scheduled between 12pm-10pm CST, with flexibility to accommodate business needs
