**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and pain points
* Translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions that delight customers
* Lead the development and implementation of customer success plans, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support
* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
* Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* At least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer success and technical support
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
* Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data analytics tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize customer needs and pain points
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* PMP certification or equivalent experience
* Experience with inventory management systems, including procurement, order satisfaction, WMS, TMS, and supply chain management
* Experience with complex, integrated systems and platforms
* Familiarity with Spry and other related technologies
* Experience with data analytics tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
