**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Success Project Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our SaaS platforms for our customers. Reporting to the Director, CS Project Management Office, you will own and be responsible for directing and managing the entire project lifecycle from pre-sales engagement through successful project delivery, review, and closure. You will oversee all aspects of project scope, schedule, resource risks, and overall management of implementation on projects for enterprise clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to internal and external stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Perform the relevant project management processes – as per the prescribed methodology, e.g., waterfall, Agile, Scrum
- Serve as the primary customer contact for the project
- Proactively report project status to management and internal/external stakeholders
**Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work**
As a Full Stack Customer Success Project Manager, you will collaborate and work cross-functionally with other internal teams like Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Marketing to ensure that our customers realize the most value in the shortest time possible. You will also work closely with the Customer Success Operations team to ensure integrations and advanced reports are delivered as specified on time.

Your ownership and influence will extend to our customer's project team, where you will ensure that we drive the project forward and that we proactively identify and manage risk. Your customers will come to see you as a trusted partner with their best interest always at the top of your mind.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, extremely resourceful, and ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Previous experience using Project Management software like Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar
- Preferred Certification PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or ITIL
