**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing customer interactions via inbound calls
* Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
* Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in Spanish – communication level
* Excellent written and verbal communication (Communication Skills)
* Customer-oriented and compassionate
* Patient, empathetic, and eager to help
* Analytical Skills and Problem-solving
* Sound judgment and decision-making skills
* Team player and respectful of authority

* Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office
