**Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing customer interactions via inbound calls, emails, and chats
* Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
* Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-oriented and compassionate approach
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Sound judgment and decision-making skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong computer proficiency, including Windows and MS Office
* Ability to work from home with a strong social support system and autonomy
