**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. **Responsibilities**
* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring a high level of service and resolution for customers

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of autonomy and self-motivation
