**Key Responsibilities**
As a Cybersecurity Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to deliver high-quality technical solutions
* Ensuring solutions align with internal tooling, business strategies, and departmental standards
* Managing project timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementation to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and risk management principles, theories, and practices
* Familiarity with Proofpoint PhishAlarm or similar tools
* Experience with ServiceNow Administration, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or similar systems
* Strong understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement
* Major comprehension of project management systems, including the ability to design, manage, and maintain complex, organization-wide programs
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels within the organization
* Basic understanding of technical environments
* Openness to Agile philosophies
* Coursework or experience related to cybersecurity
* Ability to remain organized and manage multiple, simultaneous tasks under tight deadlines
* Past investigator entry-level position experience within the past year
* Experience resolving business issues in a capstone or case competition
* Ability to thrive in a culture that values openness, directness, consciousness, kindness, and empathy
* Fast learner, self-motivated, team-oriented, with a sense of humor
