**Job Summary**
As a Key Information Researcher, you'll work closely with our internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex Encounters (DX). You'll report to Attractions Functional Innovation and will be responsible for leading and collaborating with other experts and data scientists to develop and implement ML solutions that create magical experiences for our visitors and drive business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with research and colleagues to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business challenges can be addressed creatively by applying ML.
* Lead and work with other specialists and data scientists to execute and scale ML solutions to create extraordinary experiences for our visitors and push the limits of functional objectives.
* Drive innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and customer engagement that leads to growing top-tier AI platforms.
* Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
* Develop standard techniques used in everyday tasks and work with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
* Productionize ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assess their performance on real-world datasets.
* Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews.
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
* 2+ years of experience in Python and with predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more.
* 2+ years of master-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
* Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile Programming Frameworks.
* Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, and more) and SQL social and non-social datasets.
* 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool.
* Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, relational skills, and determination to complete responsibilities.
* Strong systems integration engineering skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions.
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Experience with Docker.
* Experience with control frameworks.
* Experience with Kubernetes.
* Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform.
* Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Experience with Agile development techniques.
* Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development.
* Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau).
* Experience with audio analysis.
* Experience with text analysis.
**Education**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Preferred: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
